PERFECTIONISTS NOTICE WHAT OTHERS MISS.
A dent may be small enough for others to ignore.
But every time the light crosses the panel, your eyes find it.
When someone compliments an immaculate vehicle, they’re also recognizing the care of the person who keeps it that way.
That’s why making the dent merely “less noticeable” isn’t good enough for you.
And it isn’t good enough for Leo.
At Arrow Dent Repair, every PDR repair is personally evaluated for access, time, and technique before the work begins.
Because the goal isn’t to make you search harder for the dent.
The goal is to make your eyes stop searching for it.

When Paintless Repair Is Not the Right Solution
In some cases, paintless dent repair is not the correct or responsible option.
This may include:
• Dents with broken or cracked paint
• Aluminum panels with severe impact
• Damage with no safe access for proper tools
• Panels where metal tension cannot be restored correctly
In these situations, attempting PDR can cause more damage, not less.
That’s why we don’t force repairs.
If replacement or repainting is the correct solution, we will tell you upfront — before any work begins.
Our priority is protecting your vehicle, not selling you the wrong repair.
FAQ
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
01
Will it look perfect, or will I still notice the dent?
That depends on the depth, location, and severity of the damage.
Before any work begins, we evaluate the dent and explain the realistic outcome you can expect.
If a high-quality result isn’t achievable, we don’t recommend the repair.
02
Can PDR damage my car’s paint?
03
Can every dent be fixed with PDR?
No.
Severely stretched metal, structural damage, or extreme impacts may require painting or part replacement.
We prefer to say no rather than deliver a compromised result.
04
How long does the repair take?
It depends on the complexity of the damage.
Some repairs take a few hours; others require a full day.
We don’t rush repairs — rushing sacrifices quality.
05
Do you drill holes in the vehicle to access dents?
In most cases, we use factory access points.
Any alternative method is considered only as a last resort and explained in advance.
Your dent might be small.
The consequences of choosing the wrong professional may not be.
Owners of McLarens, Porsches, Ferraris, Teslas, and other premium vehicles often ask us:
“Do you have the experience and protocols to work on this vehicle?”
“Why does this component need to be removed?”
“Could disassembly affect clips, sensors, trim, or surrounding surfaces?”
“Why is another estimate significantly cheaper?”
Those are exactly the questions you should be asking.
On a high-value vehicle, repair complexity isn't determined by the size of the dent alone.
Panel material, tool access, internal components, required disassembly, body lines, electronics, and the standard of finish you expect can completely change how the repair should be approached.
BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS
Leo personally reviews the repair with you and explains:
✓ Whether disassembly is necessary — and why
✓ How the vehicle and surrounding surfaces will be protected
✓ What result can realistically be achieved
✓ Exactly what is included in the estimate
✓ How the repair will be performed
✓ How the completed work will be documented
Every repair is documented with before-and-after photos under professional PDR lighting, where even subtle imperfections are easier to identify.
The expected result is discussed before the repair begins.
If Leo does not believe the vehicle can be repaired responsibly to the agreed standard, he will tell you before taking the job.
REGISTERED & INSURED IN TEXAS
Arrow Dent Repair is a legally registered Texas company carrying commercial insurance, including coverage for customer vehicles while they are in our care, custody, and control.
Your vehicle isn't being handed to an unknown technician or an informal operation.
It is being entrusted to an established, insured company that takes responsibility for the repair from the moment your vehicle enters our care until the work is complete.
A cheaper estimate answers one question:
“How much will this cost?”
Before choosing who works on your vehicle, there is another question worth asking:
“Who will stand behind the work when it's finished?”

Leo will review them personally and give you a private, straightforward assessment of what the repair may require — with no pressure to book.
